• Only items in unused and original condition are eligible.
• Returns must include original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items include final sale products or those specified as ineligible for returns.

Returning Your Order

2. Prepare Your Package

1. • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
   • Include all components, accessories, and proof of purchase.
   • Clearly label the RMA number on the package.

3. Ship the Package

   • Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Special Cases

• If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
